Description: Adhesive for gyps carton

Caracteristics: - best adherance; - facile processing;  - apply on concrete, brick,  ceramic blocks, voussoir,etc.
Composition: Gyps, lime, mineral addition, polymers to improve the adherence, plastifier

Domain of use: For inside works, stick on gyps carton support plates

Preparation of working surface: The support surface must be clean, grease free, free of dust or other impurities. For the size cutting out plates, deep before the V shape joints, by oblique cut the plates.

Application mode: Used utensils: - pail; - mechanical or manual stirrer; - spatula. Introduce the powder in water. Let it macerate 2-3 minutes, than mix intensively, preferable mechanical (attach an axle with palettes to an electrical piercer). Continue mix to obtain a cream–mix, homogenous, easy to be processed, free from agglomerates. Put the obtained adhesive in spots of ca. 15 cm diameter, at equal  distances of ca. 40 cm. O strip of ca. 5 cm breadth apply on the whole edge of the plate. Put the gyps-carton plate on the wall and press easy with a jointing rule, to obtain required plane, verticality and direction. Applicability after mixing with water is 30 minutes.
