The businessman Marcel Bărbuţ, the owner of Adeplast building materials manufacturer is ready to give up a percentage of 25-30% of the company's shares and to ensure the full financing of a new adhesive and dry mortars factory in the center of Moldova.

“I have already negotiated with a foreign investor and I'm expecting that this year we'll complete the transaction. I am willing to take someone near me, who will also win money”, said Bărbuţ, who aims to develop AdePlast both in Republic of Moldova and in Ukraine, where contracts are already in progress.

The businessman considers that it's important to have a factory in the heart of Moldova and he says that he already arranged for the land, and this year he will start the construction works of the production facility. “It's about three hectares near Roman. I tried to purchase a private land, but I didn't succeeded in jointing several lots. So, we'll buy the land at auction from a nearby town hall”, revealed Bărbuţ for Forbes.

According to the businessman, the capital of the investment for the factory from the center of Moldova will range between 10 – 12 millions Eur, and the production facility will become operational in May, next year. Currently, the company's annual productive capacity is 700.000 tons of adhesives and dry mortars, but “it will significantly increase in 2013”, as Marcel Bărbuţ says.

But the businessman doesn't stop here. He aims an aggressive expansion on the Hungarian market and, with this in view, he negotiated the purchase of a company with a turnover over two millions Eur in the neighboring country.

“My intention is to buy a market of two millions Eur for an amount which is well below one million Eur. And I think we'll solve this business in 3-4 months when we'll sign the purchase of a company from our neighbors”, said Bărbuţ for Forbes. He intends to establish a logistic center near Budapest and to transport in Hungary more dry mortars silos.
