Description: Polishing plaster coat for inside and outside, white colour

Caracteristics: - super- polish surfaces; - permeability to water vapour; -brilliant white colour; high resistance to wet; - high mechanical resistance in time; - resistance to ultra violet rays;
Composition : white cement, mineral additions, polymers, plastifiers

Domain of use: For inside and outside finishing of concrete, light concrete, dry plasters on cement basis, cement-lime. Used to realize very fine and smooth surfaces, in high humidity spaces and outside.

Preparation of working surface: The support surface must be clean, adherent and compact, after an aging time of 30 days, free of grease, dust, friable residues, salts and gyps traces. The surface to polish, must be free of 5 mm higher drops.

Application mode: Used utensils: - steel or allied steel polish device; - fine abrasive paper; - pail; - mechanical or manual stirrer. Introduce the powder in water and mix. Both, vessel and water must be clean. Mix intensively, preferable mechanical (attach an axle with palettes to an electrical piercer). Continue mix to obtain a cream–mix, homogenous, easy to be processed. Wait 10 minutes to fulfill the chemical reaction and mix intensively again. Apply o thin layer of resulted polishing plaster strip, with the smoother (preferable metallic inoxidible-material smoother).  
Polish of surface: become possible after 24 hours. The reinforce time will be prolonged on temperatures below 20° C.
Ambient temperature:  between + 5° C and + 30° C. Avoid work under direct sun shine.

Storage: In dry places, in closed state, on wooden pallets.

Ambalare in: In 3 kg bags and 5 kg bags.

Consum specific in: 0,5- 1.0 kg/ mp at 1 mm thickness.
