Description: Polishing plaster composition for polishing gyps carton plates

Caracteristics: - super-polish surfaces; - permeability to water vapour; - stabile white colour; - resistance to ultra violet rays;
Composition: gyps, minerale additions, polymers, plastifiers.

Domain of use: For finishing inside buildings gyps carton surfaces,  to realize very fine smooth surfaces , practical coverable with any type of painting.

Preparation of working surface: The support surface to plaster (gyps carton plate) must be dry, free of dust, grease traces and salts. To equalize absorbtion , prime the gyps carton plate with ADEPLAST  acrylic primer. Layer thickness:  apply in maximal thickness 1-2 mm.

Application mode:
Used utensils: - steel or non-oxidabily steel smoother; - fine abrasive paper; - pail; - mechanical or manual stirrer.introduce the powder in water and mix. Both, vessel and water must be clean. Mix intensively, preferable mechanical (attach an axle with palettes to an electrical piercer). Continue mix to obtain a cream–mix, homogenous, easy to be processed. Wait 10 minutes to fulfill the chemical reaction and mix intensively again. Apply thin layers of resulted polishing plaster strip, with the smoother (preferable metallic inox-material smoother).In case of multi-layer apply, the next layer will be applied after reinforcement of the layer before, that means min. 6 hours. The surface become polishable: after 24 hours. The reinforce time will be prolonged on temperatures below 20°C. Ambient temperature:  between + 5° C and + 30° C. Avoid work under direct sun shine.

Storage: In dry places, in closed state, on wooden pallets.
