Mr. Marcel Barbuţ becomes a shareholder and the company is transformed into a Romanian-Austrian joint venture, the objective being the manufacture of adhesive mortars for ceramic tiles, screeds, industrial floors and mechanized mortars under the trademark ADEPLAST®
